Just have to add in here, as this is very important information for all of us -

Amidst the Tsunamis and Earthquakes in Japan, as some of you are aware, there are several Nuclear Power Plants that have been shut off and are overheating. There's no updates yet on anyone getting the coolers to work, meaning we could have a devastating meltdown. I mean Chernobyl all over again. If this happens . . . . The jet stream will push it right on up to us in just 36 hours.

The alternative power was supposed to be their diesel pumps, but they are too damaged from the Tsunami to work ... I think they are up to 5 nuclear reactors where the cooling systems no longer work, and one of them is in a pretty dire situation. They were talking on a similar scale to 3 Mile Island - let's hope it's not another Chernobyl.

I feel so terrible for all the people there. It is almost shameful to see a few pleasure yachts banging into each other is the Santa Cruz harbor when so many people have suffered so much on the other side of tha Pacific. I called my mother this afternoon. She lives in Santa Cruz on a cliff above the ocean. She felt the same way. It was low tide there when the first waves came in, and she said the waves were larger and more frequent in the afternoon, but nothing more than a good storm would do. She stayed in her house which is about 30 feet up a cliff because she said the streets were crowded and traffic was at a standstill with all the people trying to leave.

Risa, still hasn't been able to get the report on Dad, Mom,and Grandma.
Her brother and wife with 2 small children are okay. Thus, they haven't heard anything either.

For those who missed the earlier post, My wife ( Risa ) is from Meogie prefector - Sendi and can't get ahold of nobody, and nobody has got ahold of her.
The brother has now contacted her and I will let everyone know as the news on her parents, and grandma.
Mike
