I am now waiting for DH t drive home from Santa Rosa to Clearlake to his Dad's ranch, and it is mosooning so bad there.
The lake is at 8.54 Rumsy and 9.0 is flooding.....nonne of california's lakes have been full in 30 years.........so you all can pray Mom is comfortable & healing now, no more surgery, no more sticks except a few small Bsamples for her kidneys to check the damage.

The egg it self is thicker at least my birds and tuff egg shells and the membran yes it is thicker. But once they are out they are tuff chicks let me tell ya..

CL- glad to hear about MiL. Try to stay calm & positive. Eat, then rest. Right now you need to focus on keeping yourself in working order so the fam won't have to stress about you.
