I may have some experience of that phenomenon. Really, thanks though. I'll poke around at some point when I'm not in coop-building mode (I'm eating lunch and was trying to keep both of the blue-eyed residnets focused on their time-points, which: ARGH.

I'd have to figure out a trade (some of Hulda's lilacs? Part of the Uncle Fred Collection?), or put the extra cockerals on CL and thus finance more of your chicken empire?

First, he has to email back and say it's okay. Then, we have to wait for Lisa to be coming up for some reason. She won't come all this way just to bring me eggs. So it may be a few weeks.

This previously un-named bantam Ameraucana cockerel won Best of Breed in open class at the show this weekend. He will now be called "Raider" in loving memory of my Uncle "Raider" Gary, who lost his brief but brave fight with cancer this Sunday.

Rocks: still a lot of nice obsidian, some pretty geodes, probably garnet-bearing schist. Uncle Fred was a rock hound.

Thank you. I wish I had gotten some pics of this boy in his show cage this weekend. We were so busy getting pics of my son's bird that won the reserve aoccl in the jr. show, I ran out of time...
