I think she may have mismarked an egg, and you've got a white. In Ameraucanas, a white bird can be yellow as a chick, or gray, it depends on if it's recessive or dominant white, but don't ask me which is which, because I can't remember.
But no, it's not a lav.
One other possibility is that it could be a really light splash. Not all splashes have a lot of color. I have a bantam Ameraucana pullet right now that's a splash, and you can only see her markings if you stretch her wings out, she has about 3 or 4 small spots of color...
