I have a very good "farmer tan" but welding I get the undersides of forearms, right in the crease in the front of the elbow, neck, ears and sides of face.

No not quite that bad just enough to not like the feeling and may not be doing much in the sleep dept tonight.

We just went to the OR coast and now I've been taking Tylenol every day, 2x a day.
