Okay, I'll stay away from that guy.

Dave was going to build me a coop, but what I requested was going to cost more than I thought, and he hasn't gotten back to me again. He suggested looking on Craigslist, which I've been doing, but I'm not very optimistic.

Most of my feeders are Home Depot buckets and I made them...no/to little mess. My waterers are up on bricks to raise them off the ground so no one can make a mess in them. Heres to it being put out quikly and not spreading!

I'm just so sick & tired of fires! I told DH that I'm about ready to move somewhere else.

I HATE rain but would love a few inches right now....it's supposed to be record high temps here the rest of this week...at least right now the winds are calm....and it does cool off nicely at night...but I'm a little on edge after almost losing our home two years ago and then two weeks ago and now this.

A newborn adds to the drama/pressure to make sure we make good decisions.

Heather, don't make hasty decisions when you are under stress. Think it out first. Would hate to see you move. but I understand.

Lake Forest Park...north of Seattle...north tip of Lake Wa.
There is a common area outside the bookstore that we can all sit and chat. It is a food court.

Are there other suggestions to the location?? Hallerlake, you know of a nice place we can go??
We could meeton a saturday morning at Wallingford or UW? Sept 17th?? and maybe the working folks can come too.
That will give us plenty of time to plan the calender.

I might be able to do Thursday, Friday or Sat evening (generally these are free but the schools schedule open houses and such on Thursday evenigs). Sunday afternoons can also work.
