Note: I have no idea what kind of Tomatillos these are, they volunteered from scraps we got at the grocery store.
BUT I will for sure let a few go to seed & save the seed, and hopefully be able to plant some in the green house in spring to get an earlier start on them.
So far, they are doing great even in this foggy cool clime.

And, as a definition of "taller and pointier" (although not in Washington): Mt. Hood, through the windshield, from I-5 somewhere north of Salem and south of Woodburn. For more than half my life, Mt. Hood and St. Helens (which is 40 miles or so north) were called "the twin mountains."

Hi Everyone,
I thought Id let you all know about Zaycon its great they sell food at great price's but its a lot of food. They just sent me info on a chicken breast by thats comming up soon and it will be 1.49 a pound. Im going to do it and freeze it all. So can you go take a look at the place oh its all over the US too. Just a thought.

So I have one more week to go to see how small my bus route will be, everyone at work is stressed. So the past two weeks Ive been canning my heart out. This weekend Im going to try salsa for the first time and also peach's, wish me luck. Its been keeping me really busy so I dont think about work..
