OK

CR your box is full

And to everyone:
I asked mods what we can & cannot use as avatars, and she said as long as we do not solicit monies/donations and have no adult content..then we are fine with the avatars.
No explicit organization logos!

Look up hill and upstream; someone may have dug a stock tank or diverted the surface water by a (probably illegal) culvert- but it also might be a tree fell down and diverted the surface flow.

If it's a real artesian spring, messing it up without a permit is an illegal appropriation of surface waters.

I have heard that they can do this -move

I would get my shovel & post hole digger & dig me a hole.
I did just that very thing out here a few months ago & hit water at 5 feet!!
HA HA after we spent $5K for a 100 foot deep drilled well that is bone dry.
The well drillers also told me October & November are the driest months here in Western WA, after the dry summer, it takes a good 1-2 months of rain to bring the water table back up.
And when it does fill UP you will have a spring again.

The water running under the soil must have been there all along, and over flow comes out above in the spring.
Remember=gravity, water seeks the path of least resistance, and obeys gravity.
Dig & see..
