I also toss scratch (especially with winter & shows coming on) and it is oats, wheat, barely & cracked corn...pure & simple, no additives or distiller's by products (

and is $14 a 50# bag.

As of last week I am still paying $17.49 per 50 of Purina flock (20%) pellets. Thats the little feed store about 2 miles away.

A regular - "across the counter" - MD may not really be studied up on this. Providers specializing in Women's Health Care tend to know a bit more. Google Biodentical. I am on Progesterone. Sounds better than Premarin (and at $118.00 a month!) which is congugated estrogens...not good for the heart and makes ya fat!

Yes I know she is trying to get smart and has a couple birds to tend. I was just joking and trying to see if I could get her to slap me just for good tymz !!
