My two kidlets, going to trick-or-treat at Amazon:

We went out in the neighborhood too...but it was cold (though not raining!) and progress was slow with Ari along. So I'm glad they got to go to Amazon first.

In North Bend, Layer pellet or crumble are $16.99 for 50#, and $17.99 for Flock Raiser. If you buy Abers instead of Purina, the price is $21.99 for 50 pounds - and I still have to add tax to all that. Thankfully, North Bend is not as high as the rest of King COunty (8.5% - I think Issaquah is 9.6%)

I know roughly where you are...but I am assuming your terrain is similar to here in the Okanogan. Dirt wise...that is typical. I would just be thankful you don't run into a bijillion rocks....or worse yet....1 big rock right in the middle where you want to dig. This too is typical of the Okanogan (which I know you are not in Okanogan County - so I will just say Eastern WA).

Not sure what I am paying for layer...I just get it. Need it so I don't pay attention. There is a feed/AG supply that will do in bulk and I should really go and talk with them and their prices.

A regular - "across the counter" - MD may not really be studied up on this. Providers specializing in Women's Health Care tend to know a bit more. Google Biodentical. I am on Progesterone. They are considered compounds that are made for your body. There are only a few pharmacy's that "make"/"produce"/ "mix" it. The one in Moses Lake (509-764-2314) and I think in Idaho or Montana. I get it mailed to me. You may want toi call the Professional Pharmacyin Moses Lake and ask them regarding a provider in your area whom you could talk to. I really like it...I have been on it for a couple of years now and it has helped my hot flashes and night sweats. Oh, and mood swings are a bit better (don't ask DH this though).

Sounds better than Premarin (and at $118.00 a month!) which is congugated estrogens...not good for the heart and makes ya fat!

with shipping I think I pay $70.00 for a 3 month supply. Of course this may be different for you depending on the amount you need to use. I use it morning and night. I was also on Estrogen...but took me off as it was nt helping and my estrogen levels seemed okay. It was the progesterone level that I had like NONE. Also, it is formulated for your body. it is made to be as close to what your body would normally produce. I am not a pro...do some more research on it for yourself to make sure it would work for you.

Hey I really appreciate all those who have shown support. I will continue to have pink. However I do not expect others to follow. This is just a choice I am making.

And again THANK YOU to all who have and continue to show support for our friends.
