Hey these would be great for that. See they are devided into 4x4 segments.

how the heck would I ever get it home?

I missed out on the size?

I could get (steal) it to Yakima for you (me) if it fits in my truck? I plan on going to the Chehalis show for a day trip so I could get it (home) that far. No problem keeping (hidding) it at my place till you figure out (its gone) the next leg.

Maybe she'll improve after next molt. Could she be dirty? I know I've seen rust or something from my Spitz sticking their necks through the fence.

At first I thought she might be dirty and then noticed that it really is perfectly distributed - kind of like a shawl around her neck.
Your comment reminds me of my daughter's first summer day out in the sun.
I soaped her up good but she still looked a little - I dont' know, not exactly dirty but just different somehow.
Then I realized she had a tan. (I've never tanned in my life. Ever. Just burn, but not anywhere near as bad as Ogress.)
But back to Dottie. As you know, I'm not looking to show birds. She's just fine by us.
In fact, we think she looks like a rock star between the crest and the creamy blonde against all that blinding white and round polka dots.
She just needs shades!

Hey all, whew! Just got all caught up after not being on all day yesterday. The pump went out on our well that services 6 houses. Had the best pump person ever! He had a new pump in and running with in 12 hours. Seems the contractor who built our houses stiffed us on the pump. For the depth and number of houses it was suppose to be a 2 horse pump and was registered by the county as such. Turns out it was only a 1 1/2 horse. No wonder we lost pressure when every one was watering or taking a shower! Hopefully we are good to go for another 20 years or more. We were lucky it lasted this long.

Chicky, your knee looks painful! Hope it heals without surgery. I wish you weren't so far away, I'd be helping with your chores.

Stump, way to go on the Wyandotte coop. It looks occupiable (is that a word?). I still have an unfinished coop but since all it needed was the 'people' door I went ahead and put chickens in it. Of course it's been a year and I still haven't finished it! At least the open portion has it's back to the wind. They all did fine in it last winter.

4312, sure looks like your ex boss had his guardian angel in high gear. Hope he's on the mend soon and back to 100%.

Good morning everybody!

Wow! the paintings and pottery are so beautiful!!!! What talented peeps we have here!!!

CL- Hope you are surviving with that knee. How long does it take to heal from something like that?
Hope all the new mommies are doing well and enjoying life!
Cheryl- Hope you're not too nauseous and all is well with your health.
4231-Are you feeling better, yet? Thanks for the advice the other day. I'm hoping the weather holds out so you can come to the show in Dec!
CGG- What horse is the new pump?

We are showing the house again this morning to the same person that came last Saturday! I hope that is a good sign. Funny thing is that he wants to know, if he bought the place, if we would be willing to leave the coops and some of the chickens!!! That made me laugh! Maybe the chickens will sell the house for us!

He'll be here at noon so we are straightening up. The kids and I will leave again and let DH do the showing.

My biopsy went well. Hope to know what's up in there by next Tuesday.

Hope everybody has a great day!

If you can find documents supporting your statements about pump size etc even if it's been lot of time go after the contractor.

You have the possibility of two parties responsible here

If the county requested 2 HP then it seems to me an inspection would have occurred?

Use the freedom of information act to get that info.

If it was inspected and inspector missed the basics they need to share in this total disregard for performing their duties.

I have seen inspectors walk on to job sites signing off sheets and walking out without doing their job. It happens.

That being said, the main person who is responsible is the contractor and they should be contacted for reimbursement.

Also any of you reading this always write down how you discovered a situation like this.
A time line.
Document with pictures.

Digital cameras are cheap. Time to take picture of potential problem is nothing at all.

Time and stress due to some one trying to scam you is worth every minute you spend protecting yourself.

The digital camera is worth it's weight in gold to eliminate he said she said situations.

Good morning BYC! What a cold windy morning! Ugg the trees are whipping around like crazy! Leaves falling off every tree in sight, some small branches have fallen.

Oh! Got to run the farrier is here!
