My mom is flying in for a 12 day visit Thursday night.

I have one I can loan out as well, showed ya the pics.

Scalder is a HUGE pot that is for oil cooking a turkey, hooked to a propane tank.
I use such for canning too.
I do not oil cook my turkeys, but stoled the oil cooker/pot & burner from DH's kids, after they did 1 and hated it & were tossing it out in the trash.
