Sorry you're feeling old. Does it help if I tell you that you still look youthful and gorgeous? It's nice of you to sit Cloverleaf's cockerels. I was wondering who was going to be able to help with the chicken run. Good luck with the plant stand. I LOVE Art Nouveau... Hope we get to see pics if it's a go.

Thank you. Some of it is in my head. I suddenly started feeling old when Mom died last spring.

I don't trust my balance enough for roof walking. I have a middle ear disorder.

Also that, which I forgot.

I feel left out!!!

I have a right ear, and a left ear, but I have NO middle ear.

According to my information The G is GLUTAMATE.
http://www.glutamate.org/Index.asp

Q Does MSG contain gluten?
A No. MSG is gluten-free.

Same identical protein smarty pants;)

http://www.msgtruth.org/msgand2.htm

This is a good site to read for ALL as well:

http://ezinearticles.com/?Crohns-Di...ld-Avoid-MSG-and-Stick-to-Raw-Food&id=5461389

It has also been found that soy proteins are identical to wheat proteins & can cause digestive stress & issues in some, almost as much as wheat does.
The biggest issue is: Do you really need this phony stuff in your food?
And: What is it, what is it made of, and does it MIMIC glutanic type proteins?
It also has nasty effects on kids, elderly & alzheimer patients as well as Chrones, Ulcerative Colitis & Celiac pattints to name a few..it is a formulation labeled an "Excitotoxin" and can be a serious issue if fed to children, especially those with ADD or other hyper-active disorders.
You do not have to be "sick" to feel it's harm, it can cause head aches & do harm to your digestive tract (which has no pain nerves!!) and liver, and cause migraines where in the sufferer feels nothing (as in the digestive tract as it has no pain nerves other than to feel pressure) or in the case of migraines, the sufferer has no idea what is causing the repeated migraines.
Some say it is safe, I strongly disagree, and I also DO NOT NEED IT, my food tastes great all by itself without adding enhancing chemicals..so why use it?????????

Greg, what are those logs at Del's called? Are they the lignetic logs? Also, do you have any recommendations of anyone in the area for putting in a heat pump? I ask only because you are in the construction business, no worries if you don't have any ideas. Our furnace had issues earlier this week, and we got a quote to put in a heat pump but want to shop around. I think we have decided to just repair the furnace now, but want to pursue the heat pump maybe this time next year. And if anybody else has any recommendations, we'd love to hear them!

Stocked up at Monroe F&F yesterday on layer pellets big time! Can't beat that price! Wasn't sure my poor little SUV was gonna make it home with all the weight in there!

YEAH!!!! Will you have any bells there?

We decided not to show but we will be down to visit, or at least I will. Not sure if the girls are coming or not, although I know Meg is very excited about her bantam Fav eggs!!!

Too busy with mom visiting to properly prep the birds, and no extra money with repairing the furnace and the holidays and DH is expecting a call any day that his new Beetle is in.
