1 Advent today, so, in our usual habit of not being Christmas and Easter people, we are going to church. I'm hoping everyone else there has had their flu shot, since mine was delayed by the Horrible Cold. I have to get sort-of-dressed to go out and open the door for Ian and Sylvia and then put church clothes on, ugh.

Amazing how very less insane the chickies are this morning!

Mothers do have them (eyes in the back of their heads) and my kids wanted me to always show them and I had to tell them I couldn't. LOL

Also, does anyone know how to overcome a lack of caffeine headache? I have not drunk coffee for 2 days and I am unable to control the headache today as well as I was yesterday. I have already had my tylenol quota for this morning. Cannot have coffee or black tea. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it the caffeine or the acidity you need to avoid? There are low acid coffees on the market.
