from what I understand the crowing only stops if you have them caponed before they mature...???

That reminds me, was watching a channel a few days ago that was advertising a new snuggie like thing but it's oversized and you wear it like one piece fleece pajamas over your cloths, zips up the front and even has a tail flap for going to the bathroom. The add was hilarious. Not so bad for women but it showed a group of men wearing them at a tailgate party at a football game. Outdoors in public! At a football game? Ya, right. They suggested you had a few extra on hand for guests to wear when they come over for a visit! I just can't imagine men even coming close to thinking about putting one of those on. And how would you convince your guests to put one on at a party! That group of men wearing those was a sight to see. Gave me the giggles. Cheap thrills I guess.

I absolutely cannot get the wanting to leave windows uncovered at night thing. I have a friend whose apartment has uncovered picture windows in both the living room and bedroom and you can feel your life force being drained out through the glass- and in the summer the west facing one makes the whole place like a sauna, not good for all his electronics! But: no curtains, no blinds, no nice privacy-protecting sheers, never. He at least is fully winter-clothing enabled.

Is it a very specific kind of claustrophobia or strong difference in taste, or one of those things there's no way to tell? It's something I got well over when I started paying the bills, I know that!

My DH is one who hates any kind of window covering at all. He also likes to walk around in nothing but his underwear - not a pretty sight, but at least I know it will deter anone from breaking in.

We had that problem for a while in the begining. Then when we started getting low on cartons I just toldour customers that if they didn't start returning cartons they would be getting thier eggs in a Wal Mart bag. We now have plenty cratons.

well, when we HAD some eggs, that I usually give away, we told them the same thing!! bring back the cartons they cost a fortune!!

Ok this is NOT funny!! It is fricken cold here!!!

It's been foggy and frosty and depressing!! The sun FINALLY came out at about 2pm, just long enough to melt a small amount of frost on the grass and now it's time for it to go down!!!

Tomorrows forecast doesn't look much better!!
