I know!! Thats messed up!! Since when does the government have a right to start censoring?? I am so sick and tired of all the frickn new rules and regulations!! everytime you turn around it's one more thing!!!! I signed the petition to say no to this!! Cause ya know what?? It could be just like that!! They don't like what you write they can delete it!!!

we are at about 7.5 inches and still snowing!! CR you can't count the snow pile you dug either!!! LOL!

I did an average see I had a couple 16 and and some 18 so I called it 17.

OK here is my bestest update. Yes while I was listening to CL talk on the phone our lights went brown then beck did that about 3-4 times and as soon as I got Cl off the phone all was good. I just did a roll call with all the peeps I have text for (16) and all are getting by ok. Most have generators. T HI said her dad rented a gen but it didn't have gas and she just told me it ran out don't know if she can get out to get gas.
I am just trying to keep the line of communication open because that is what we all need to get through things like this.

Great. As if my day wasn't craptastic enough, DH just came and told me there is a rat running around the rafters of the chicken run. He's going to try and knock it off and have our Golden Retriever chase it from the yard. Looks like it's time for me to get a rat zapper. Ewwww.... shudder....

At least our power is still on after being out for a few hours today. DH drove all the way to Seattle only to find out he did NOT have to work today. So much for me telling him 5 times, "why don't you call before you drive all the way there?". Even though I had lost our land line, I did still have some power left on the cell phone. But he didn't have the right number to call. Who doesn't have a number to call to find out if you're working or not? Obviously my DH. So after he drives to Seattle and back, he arrives home, throws himself halfway up the stairs and gasping, (he has a rare type of emphysema that he gets weekly infusions for) he tells me he can't make it up the hill to our cul-de-sac and doesn't want to leave the Prius where it is because someone will crash into it or break into it. So we have to hike down the hill, drive to my parent's house 10 minutes away to leave our car in a "safe place" and have my Dad bring us home in their 4 wheel drive Highlander. Now my Dad will have to come back in the morning to get DH since my car still isn't working...

The free preview of our show at Tacoma Little Theatre was cancelled tonight, because of inclement weather and also because I had no transportation to the theater and no one was willing or able to come all the way here to get me. I'll have to go in early tomorrow afternoon where we'll have another quick rehearsal because as of 7:30 PM tomorrow evening we WILL be going on with a live audience.

I am typically a passive person, but I'm telling you - all the folks I've seen on Facebook who had been saying, "Oh I love the snow, let it snow, let it snow, it's a Winter Wonderland" - I kind of want to punch those people in the face. I'll get over it eventually.

All of you take care - stay as warm and safe as you can. This can't last forever - but it sure is a grump while it's here.

i decided to see what real serama's look like..... they are weird looking.... no body.... even Mili Fleru's have bodies... I almost thought the photos were photoshopped.... except i realized they are not...

Well to further confuse you...there is an American and a Malaysian version. The Malaysian version are even worse with the chest stuck out and the bodies really look distorted. I don't care for them. I like the American version. Also, they have great personalities and really people friendly.

I just got off the phone with a friend living in northern BC near the Alberta border.

He said that since early this morning the snow is nearly waist high and is still falling.
The temperature is dropping and is at about -10C and the north wind is increasing
to near gale force.​

His wife has done nothing but look through the kitchen window and just stare.​

He says that if it gets much worse, he may have to let her in.​
