I love the way a Buckeye will "look" at you, like no other breed, they "bond" and look at you as if into your mind...........sensing...seeing if you are friend or foe ?
Such awesome birds !
Closer to acting like a dog than normal chickens~~~~~~~~~stares at you & reads your mind...look at how they look at you !'What is he seeing ?

LMAO....Well, the crate is Bumble's wire house for right now.
The truck is probably under a ft of snow by now...so I am assuming the GPS won't work under the conditions.
And the 10 yo DD barely has sense enough to come out of the rain - although she is right - you are a great guy - but I doubt she could tell you where I live.
But if you "google mapped" me...you could probably figure it out good enough. But are you reall ready for another pocket chicken?

No See I don't have a pocket chicken Pierre is DW's. A few minutes ago DW, Pierre and Quincy were all settting together on the couch.
I now believe RRF is the queen of PC's

For those that show ... do you worry about taking your lovely birds to a playce where there are so many other birds, the chances of one of them being sick and sharing it .. is it not a worry ?

for example our goats: we sometimes will help other goat owners with breeding, by having our bucks breed their does, but this is all done in the driveway, never allowing their goats into our pens. Just wondering.

This be " Toony" one of our Easter Eggers. She is most colourful, being almost completely white when she was younger, then the lovely smatterings of grey like someone waved a dripping paint brush at her. Now, she has stolen some of the ruddy red coloring from Rose, and has changed out some of her grey bits for this charcoal black colouring, she is very beautiful! Just ask her.

She's right.

Ginger was a up a tree again this evening, but I was smarter than last night. I went in and had dinner, came out an hour later when she was deep asleep, and caught her with ease. I should have done that last night instead of chasing her higher into the tree while she was still half awake.

Welcome to the newbies.
