Have you tried water exercise? I know people who've had good luck with it. Even just walking back and forth is better than nothing. Chronic pain is no fun.

ok well as far as I know Fibromyalgia is a muscle disease or an aching?? My pain is clearly nerve related as some meds I was put on for another condition, "accidental " takes care of the hip and si joint pain!! Also, the doc in Seattle said when he saw the si joint CAT scan that I had arthritis in the si joint, well as far as I know arthritis is not a sudden onset disease! This nerve pain has been increasing in pain and length of pain, for 8 months or more?? So, yea, I think I have a pinched nerve somewhere, brought on by the way I may walk ect, due to having a back issue for 28 yrs, that is my diagnosis, course what the hell do I know, I've only been in this body for 48 yrs??

A lot of doctors seem to think that Fibro is a mental health issue. I apparently have deep seated anger, and if I come to terms with it that I will not hurt anymore. I am about the easiest going girl. and it doesn't have clue . I was diagnosed in 1986., But I have been hurting, most of my

I forgot to post this cute little story the other day:

While I was at work on Monday, a 6-yo boy who lives down the hill from us walked up to the house with his piggy bank. Olivia opened the door for him and he said he'd heard his mom say on several occasions that she would really like some fresh eggs. He wanted to buy them for her for Valentines Day! He and Olivia shook the coins from his bank and I came home to find a pile of coins and a little thank-you note on my keyboard!

How cute ! ! ! gotta love the things little peeps do.

Okay I ended up missing going to sleep late night. So now after @ I took two mussel relaxers, I am certain that I am really going to have to make my bed before I can sleep in it. So good night to all, and I hope that we can find peace here.

Quote: I agree if you have access to a pool to exercise it is sooooooooooooooo good for your body.
To tired to go all into it but to sum it up because it's water you still get a work out with the best chance of not re-injuring the area one is concerned with.

SO ON another note.... Does anyone have anything fun planned for the weekend? I think I am gonna put my cornish's out into my shed. They are almost 4 weeks old and boy do they make a mess of my bathroom.

Actually kinda' exciting as we are going to pick up a few Eng. Orp eggs as for our anniversary (and valentine's) I wanted to get Dear Hubby his Orpingtons. I have a couple of settings of Exhibition-bred Orps in the incubators now but the big fluffy English butts are special. I hope he gets the show bug.

On Sunday is the PNPA meeting and hopefully a guest speaker. If there is a chance at a speaker "giving" of his time I would really like to see a good turn out by giving him my time and attention =:~)

And THEN I would like to get a whole bunch of youngsters out of my bathroom and computer room!!! Such a good idea but need better weather.

kind regards to you all

ps I need to figure out the avatar/pic thingy. I am sooo not a computer person.
pps Thanks to CL I did get the Chrome installed but I think the memory deficiency is gonna be a bugger until I can afford to add more
