I have come to the conclusion that my mouse is dying
The balls cleaned did little good.
Sometimes it just STOPS and I cannot do anything!
ARGH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This last time it stopped working a window popped up and said the puter could not recognize the device or some such thing........

CL. When you cleaned the mouse did you clean all the rollers good?
If inside all clean I'd unplug the mouse.
Replug it in see if that makes a difference.
If not next time you are by a thrift store they sell them for around a buck or so.
One I'm using with this laptop I got at a garage sale for .50

If your mouse is one you actually install with disk then re-install it.

Got to see my son last night, he looks as good as he can. Told me I didnt need to come down today cause its a hour away, told him I want to if its ok with him. Than I found a nice hole in my wall from other son, so we had a talk too. Told him he needed to share his feelings with us becasue I know this has got to be hard on him. That and the next time he felt he needed to punch something we have a punching bag in his bedroom to use it...

Its so hard..

Have to say it sure was good to drive my bus this morning, the kids keep me hopping and I see life...

So - does anyone know the best way to catch him? Anyone approaches during the day and he is OUT of there...skittish is putting it mildly. I don't live in the area - so will be going down around dusk to see if I can see/hear him.

Also - what might be the best way to capture? I was thinking grab him off a tree at dusk/night if we can find him - but has anyone had success at capturing with a cage? Does anyone have a cage I could borrow that wouldn't trap every neighborhood cat?

I'm with CL, use a light to blind him and net or throw a blanket or something over him. Too bad she didn't live closer, her DH has an awesome infrared scope and could spy out the renegade roo in no time!

It is just doing it on & off like it is not plugged in or a wire is broken & the computer ballon pops up & says it cannot find the USB device,.
I am wiggling the wires & started pushing the plug a bit...next time I will unplug it & plug back in.
See if that works.
We just 'did' Aberdeen, Elma & Montesano yesterday and Oly the day before & were all set to stay home in this bad weather.
There is nothing within 1 hr's drive around here as far as a 2nd hand store or computer store...darn it all !
 
Well I am making salmon patties for dinner....sounded good.
Then I get to make home made JoJos to go with !
Every french fried tater, steak fry or tater tot in the freezer cases has soybean oil & I can not eat it.
I also cannot find tuna canned with no soybean oil...soybeans are in everything !
Like to find a non dairy ice cream without soy !!!!!!!!!!!
