Watching is about all I can do unfortunately, DH as well. We're both so broken right now. I have severe tendonitis and weak joints and can barely even wash dishes, let alone take care of 3 little kids all day long, and DH was injured at work (at a fire) and his back is so jacked up he can barely make it through a day without pain killers. He goes to physical therapy for 2 hours every day (M-F) down in Puyallup. So yeah...we'll be watching.

Dave is going to get to see how crazy I am about chicken stuff too...yesterday I ordered a Hen Bag purse and it'll be there tomorrow! I can't wait to carry around that silly thing, it's just going to make me and so many others laugh!

Glad he was able to repair the trap!

No this was a new table egg buyer, with an even bigger & higher 4X4 truck...and she lives not far away, was very nice & he did get the trap fixed as it was basically just flat as a pancake, he squared it back again...LOL

Yup here is what they looked like before I removed the wood duck box from the tree. It even had 2 duck eggs that I was VERY careful not to break since they look to be at least a couple years old.
Also going out Sat and Sun am to remove bees from 2 buildings.

I did that yesterday morning too. Walked around with an empty cart scratching my head for a while. Finally went to the Pro desk, they helped me order all the wood and roofing and helped me find all the small stuff. Delivery on Saturday! The chickens wont live in a mud hole next winter, Yay!

Imagine me counting lumber sizes & lengths & ordering it for our house.

Well, another grey drizzly day, cool, imagine that.
Will we ever have summer ?
It is barely what I'd call 'spring' !
CR: What are your high & low temps up there ?
Mo: what are yours ?
Just curious if we are just socked in with drizzly cool weather here & everyone else has sun, it has happened.
Going to town to pick up eggs at the PO & get wrapping paper for Dad's gift & stuff to make a pasta salad to bring....talk to y'all later

My 3.5y/o DD is quite the little charmer...I think she's gonna be all over him while he's here! I know the chickens are going to be totally wondering why he's in "their yard" too, it's gonna be entertaining
