I am constantly impressed by the differences in humans. To me, a spider as a pet makes me go

Waaaaaaaaa! Vthats me crying because I basically flea sprayed myself in the face. Burning eyes and throat and sneezing and burned throat for the last half hour even after washing thoroughly and drinking a ton of water. The can of spray I was using locked into the open position and I had to scramble to maximize its usage before it ran out and was wasted. I hate fleas!!!!!,!!!!

Ouch! You OK now?

Because of fleas, I've done 9 loads of laundry today so far and have more to do. It's never ending. Every time I have a free washer, I strip someone else's bed and wash the whole darn thing. So frustrating. I'm bagging up every last extra pillow, blanket, towel, etc to put up high in the closets after they've been washed so they can't get re-infested with fleas. I'm so DONE!

Do you have a freezer big enough to hold stuffed animals, pillows, etc. for a while? I've heard freezing bugs will kill them. It seemed to do a certain spider in - so, I can tell you, it will kill some of them.

I wonder if that was the story. I recall my friend saying something about Oregon. Hmmmm. So it could be true. I kind of passed it off as an urban legend.

I would not believe something was true just because it was shown on AP. Discovery is starting to go downhill, too. It's a shame, they used to be the networks I always watched. Now I feel my IQ go lower every time I pass over AP while channel surfing. Nat Geo Wild was pretty good when I watched it a year or so ago.

I will adjust the automatic doors to open a bit later. I think they are still set for 5:30 am and it really is still dark then.

I'm sorry your birds were attacked. Can you get a photo sensor for your style automatic door? I have one and it works very well. It opens about 10 minutes after it starts getting light, and it closes about 10 minutes after dusk (about 9:30 p.m. right now - unless I have too many lights on in the house, then it will close when I turn them off). I can program mine, but I actually prefer the outdoor lighting conditions to control that.

Hey SadieSue!!! Any good productions coming up? Miss ya! :love

"Sylvia" opens this Friday at Tacoma Little Theatre. Directed by my friend Elliot, who played my husband in last years" Californis Suite", Sylvia is the story about a middle aged man who finds a stray dog in the park and brings her home to his wife who is not interested in having a dog at this point in their lives. Sylvia is played by an adorable and engaging young woman. Sarah jessica Parker played Sylvia on broadway.

It's a funny, sweet play - a bit naughty at times, particularly when we discover during one of their park visits that Sylvia is in heat and makes no "bones" about her interest in doing the deed with her buddy Bowser.

On Sunday, September 9th, folks are invited to bring their dogs to the theater, (tickets must be purchased in advance, waivers must be signed) for a fundraiser for Coalition Humane for affordable spay and neuter.

The show features my cutout cat cookies as in one part of the play Sylvia is offered a "bark bar" in the shape of a cat. It's my job to keep them supplied n cookies throughout the 4 week run of the show.

And that's what on my local theater front this month!

For tickets and information call Tacoma Little Theatre (253) 272- 2281

And I miss you too T-hi! Good to see you back!
