Wasps are in the Coop

Can i use my regular knockdown Wasp spray inside the coop to get rid of the wasps, if i remove the food and water first?

If they are just paperwasps or mud daubers I leave them. Evil hornets get hit with the spray and the chickens get locked out for a couple hours until they are DEAD and I scrub down the spot.

Momofthree, I'm in Missouri and I'm telling you the wasps are bad this year. They tried to build a nest under the hood of my car that I drive daily!! I caught one in my coop and when he landed, I took my shoe off and sent him into the after life. I keep a lookout everyday to make sure they are not trying to relocate into my coop. Good luck to you.
