And @KDOGG331 have you ever tried chicken or turkey sausage? Turkey sausage is a favorite here and it's really healthy especially if you can buy it at a local farm

I don’t think I’ve had it but may have to try it sometime! I think we had some turkey ones in the freezer but I think they’re past date so gotta toss em. I’ll try some good ones from elsewhere though!

The regular sausage I had though don’t have any nitrates or any of the other bad stuff in normal bacon and sausage and it’s all just simple ingredients so it doesn’t give me a headache/migraine like bacon and cheap sausage does so I like it. Though I normally eat tons of sausage. But I was starving. :lau
 
I had tomato soup with jasmine rice added and unsalted tops saltines... I am beyond full at this point. I couldn't eat anymore if I tried

:lau that’s how I feel right now!! I think I probably did way overeat but I hadn’t eaten anything all day except a bag of kettle corn, some m&ms, and a couple chocolate pretzels this afternoon lol and I did tons of walking/moving/working out so I was starved. :lau

I would've thrown the leftovers to the chickens 😂 Mine always score on the veggies I don't eat. The ducks yell at me all the time for carrots and peas.
 
:lau well I’m so slow at making anything that I didn’t eat it all at once!! :oops: The smoothie I had around 6 and then a little more a bit later, the omelette was 6:30, then the pancakes and sausage I didn’t have until like 7-7:30 :lau :oops:

Also I didn’t eat all of those pancakes in the first picture lol only a few.

But I am definitely very full lol :th

The omelette was a 4 egg omelette too :lau :th :oops:

With spinach and cheese.

And I put collagen protein powder in the shake and there’s an egg and milk in the pancake batter too. Plus of course the sausage.

I may have had way too much protein :lau

But I did a huge workout plus walked went on two walks earlier (took the dogs separately today) so I wanted to like fuel up/restore I guess lol idk.

I also hadn’t eaten anything all day plus did the work out so I was starving. :lau

Normally I wouldn’t eat so much lol
