Trust me you'd have to not eat for weeks to die. Just as long as you stay hydrated. Your body is made mostly of water.

:lau I was exaggerating but I was really hungry/kinda weak earlier for some reason. Normally I’m not hungry in the mornings and can go all afternoon/most of the day without eating.

:lau I have zero upper body or wrist strength. Honestly I used to struggle to do one lmao hell, I could barely do 5 yesterday but I forced myself to do 10.

Did 5 today plus tons of other stuff. Worked all muscle groups and lungs :lau :th

I collapse on the floor with each one though then push myself back up so I don’t think it really counts since I’m not holding it but I’ll get there LOL

Are you referring to something in general or is this directed towards someone?

I think some have their boundaries and they know when people are joking. I guess it's all in how well they know the person or the type of day they're having.

I know I've been pissed off over the stupidest stuff, but we all got over it.
 
If I ate that much, I'd puke it back up. My stomach can only hold so much.

I find it amazing what each person thinks a portion is.

Lmaooo I am slightly overweight but I’ve been losing it.

In high school I could eat legit anything I wanted and not gain anything. I was skinny as a bean pole lmaooo I ate like a horse too and was constantly snacking. :lau ate way worse than I do now too.

In college I did start gaining and I was like :eek: :th

But still didn’t gain much lol

Then around 5ish years ago (2014-2015) I started slowly gaining weight and I think at my highest like summer 2016 I hit 207 :th :oops:

I’ve lost most of it since then and last year I lost tons. I got under 190 for the first time in legit years. Now I’m around 174-176 ish.

Still have about 10-15 pounds to go.

In high school I was around 165 I think. I had a period in college where I accidentally dropped into the 140s-150s but not intentionally. I was wayy too skinny then though lol

I’d like to get back to like 165 or even 160 though.

I’m 5’ 11” so I don’t really look fat with clothes on and it doesn’t really bother me but I just would like to get in shape again haha

I think it started cause I had some conflicts with friends/was super stressed out then just started gaining from there. I tend to stress eat too. :oops:

My husband is like that. He's making cookies right now and he will eat 12 of them and gain nothing. I smell them and gain weight.

When I went vegan I lost 70 lbs pretty fast so now I need to tone everything up.

I can’t make cookies or brownies cause the whole fam eats way too much and then they’re gone the next day Or day after lol
 
Hmmm... On Kdog's behalf, the extra food is justified if in fact there is no wastage going on. A very active brain makes energy needs increase! LOL

Do you eat too fast?

You should drink a huge glass of water before eating. Usually people mistaken thirst for hunger. I learned this from a nutritionist. They told me to eat my food slowly and not watch TV or do anything except eat.
