Looks like two cockerels, but I'd like to see a side picture on the second one. They look like my mixed Easter Eggers.

Top bird is a cockerel, and I think that the bottom is a pullet, but a better picture is needed of that bird.

Top is a cockerel and the bottom almost sure it's a pullet both are EE mixed
