So I started out with five one-week-old crested chicks...thinking they were all hens. One turned out to be a roo. Pickles, the roo, is the one that's changing the most in appearance daily... it's crazy to see how much! He's about 14 weeks old. I was told he was a Polish/Silkie mix. (But not sure)
I googled this mix and can't seem to find any photos of what I'm thinking he may look like as an adult. His tail feathers are iridescent blacks and greens. I'm imagining his head feathers are going to be quite long. (He's being a little cocky with the hens lately but really sweet with me.) Anyone have a rooster who he may end up looking like?
