I'll check the ratios of our different feeds when I'm home, but I do have two 10oz. containers (old hummus containers) set up next to the feed, one with grit and one with OS and I do sprinkle some OS in with their feed too.
In another thread, I've been addressing a bunch of changes/issues going on that might be impacting the flock in different ways. An injury to our daughter that meant we couldn't give attention to the coop, ended up with some excess droppings (now removed), the subsequent loss of one of our older hens and another pullet (who we got at the same time as the soft layer) who has been showing intermittent signs of lethargy (took he to the vet, who ruled out coccidosis, but advised the chick food to bulk her up as she was a little underweight).
