So I was petting my girls when I picked up my EE, Nugget and was petting her. I notice this large water balloon like area to her butt, between her legs.

I immediately started investigating online. I'm not sure she is laying yet or not. I had thought she was...

I have her in my garage. I tried to drain it but nothing came out. Just some drops of blood.

Here is some pictures of her.

She has good mobility and eats well. Doesn't act differently. Her tail does droop but I believe it's from the weight of the belly.

Any advice. I'm worry about her!

Swelling between the legs is a normal part of chicken anatomy. "Water belly" is when the abdomen puffs up and gets tight. It is located more toward the front of the bird. Do a comparison feel up all your girls' bellies. A water belly stands out as being much bigger, rounder and tighter than a normal belly.
