Hi all —

The cold weather is almost upon us in New England and I want to be prepared for frozen water. We have a 12-gal waterer (https://overezchickencoop.com/products/overez-chicken-waterer) and curious what folks would recommend. Our waterer is in our run and we prefer not to bring it into the coop.

You may just need to add a stock tank deicer to what you are using.

And make sure that those nipples don't freeze, heater or not. And that your electricity is set up safely!
