Just got my incubator, BUT, no where does it state or show just how much water should be poured into the base where the holes are (see pix) there isn't a "fill line" anywhere and unfortunately, it came from China, and the seller has no idea. I searched google as well as contacting other sellers of this same product......nope! Very frustrating chick! Tried to attach pix and was unable to. Hope someone can help. Thanks y'all

I'm afraid there is no set level for how much water you will need to get the required humidity level that will suite your incubator and the environment the incubator is kept in. For example what works for me may not work for you. As you say this incubator is from China I would highly recommend that you get another thermometer and a hygrometer that you know to be correct and put them in the incubator to give a correct reading of temp and humidity. Often these Chinese ones don't give the correct reading and can totally bust a hatch, I know this from experience with my first incubator that was a cheap Chinese one. It's very disheartening when this happens.

Please do have a read of this article that has a great section on humidity ~ https://www.backyardchickens.com/a/hatching-eggs-101

Good luck with your new incubator :fl
