Water Nipple setup for different height ???

How do you deal with water nipple setups for diferent height chickens?


I have a mom with 4- 2 week old chicks in one of my cages. They keep dumping shaving in their water....age old problem lol! I have the nipples, but Im thinking i will need to put 2 waterers at different heights in there.

Any ideas?

Could it be possibly to but a block underneath the nipple system so the little ones could reach? If so, try that.

Or just put two nipple systems in there (if that's possible)

For just the one hen and her peeps, I'd hang two small containers at different heights, one nipple on each container.

I would make one waterer for the hen and one for the chicks
