Water nipple

I just ordered 3 water nipples for my chickens. They are the ones that they can walk up to and push it up with their beak and the water drips out. Does anyone have any input on these?

Lots of people here use them and probably most like them. I use them to keep wild birds from drinking from the same source as the chickens. I also like being able to put frozen gallon jugs of water into the waterer to help keep my small backyard flock of chickens cool in our extreme heat.

I am going to put them in the bottom of a 5 gallon bucket.

I just got three from ebay (free shipping too). Was a bit concerned the chicks wouldn't catch on but I know three of the four are using it.

BYC is a great information source. I would've never known about these otherwise. No more dirty waterer!!
