If you had hundreds of birds to do at once then you'd benefit from such a labor-saving device. And you'd be better off building a plucker. Otherwise, using a pressure washer or even a garden hose seems like a waste of water, which we're all being advised not to do.
If it were a good idea to use water pressure to pluck then the big commercial processing plants would be doing it.
