Just checked on my chicks for the night and two of them pooped what was essentially water. I read on that very helpful poop page that this can be a sign of overheating. Is there anything else that this could indicate?

Ive lowered the house temperature a degree which should lower the room theyre in by 2-3 degrees. I also raised their heat lamp some. They are two weeks old today and have pin feathers and a decent amount of their first real feathers in. Anything else i should do?
Also I dont know if it makes any difference but Ive been giving them vitamins (Poly-vi-sol) in their water for the last three days. Today was the last day.
