Water wiggler?

I have tried to look these up, and have gotten some pretty crazy things. What are they, what do they do and how do you use it?
I have eggs that should be coming this week and want to make sure I have everything ready LOL

It is kind of like a plastic toy water balloon tube. It is used to estimate/ measure the internal temp of an egg inside an incubator. Sometimes they are hard to find.
