My waterer is making my brooder too damp. What should I do to fix it? The chicks aren't even splashing the water into the bedding. My viewing window at the top is getting steamy and the chicks are kind of damp.
Should I add more ventilation? I've tried doing that, but it loses temperature too quickly. Thanks

You should def add more ventilation they meed fresh air flow, not a fan or under a vent but jus where the air can freely exchange and if that cools it off Too much then add more heat. Should be at about 95* in the warmest spot the first wk with cooler areas they have access to and gradually cooling off after that.
