Waterer questions.....I am treating for cocci, but temps are going to hit the 90's this week....plea

I am treating for coccidiosis and have put the Corid powder in their waterers....my thing is , our temps are supposed to start soaring in the 90's starting tommorrow......do I need to have a waterer with electolytes? Plain water? I am a new chicken mama......so any help is so appreciated.

the electrolytes can go in the same water.
the corid is a thiamine inhibitor
