I drink lots of water. More than 10 glasses a day usually. And at least half a 40oz water bottle while watching youtube in the evening.
I like to read. I read for about three hours yesterday. I think I got at least three glasses an hour. I was very thirsty.
It does mean more trips to visit Loo though.I like to read. I read for about three hours yesterday. I think I got at least three glasses an hour. I was very thirsty.
I keep my water bottle right next to me for easy drinking. I just drink it slowly.

It also depends on area. Here I really do need lots of water. It's dry. Super dry. I have to drink a warm tea in the morning to get my throat started.I like to read but that doesn't induce thirst...

How I imagine you after finding out you carry a handkerchief, watch BBC all day, read for three hours, and need tea in the mornings:It also depends on area. Here I really do need lots of water. It's dry. Super dry. I have to drink a warm tea in the morning to get my throat started.
In a more humid environment I tend to not need the tea, provided the water is actually good water.
