Being dehydrated makes it easier
I think I'll make myself wait for coffee until I've finished a water bottle and then the same for matcha in the second half of the day.

Wise.

Now you've got me thinking about a second coffee.
And no I haven't consumed a drop of water.

That's always when I drink more coffee instead of water, I'll chug a whole pot of coffee in a day and then I'm so dehydrated my saliva is acidic and TMI but... the human body will sweat straight up ammonia when it can't offload it in other ways so I smell like a litterbox in the summer
That's why I'm drinking more water now. Also your teeth become brittle when you only drink coffee and my biggest irrational fear is my teeth just cracking in half one of these days

I read for about three hours. I drink about 1 glass every 30 minutes. Using that ratio of 1/30min, or 2/1hour, I drank 6. Add on the 40oz waterbottle I finished off and the extra couple glasses throughout the day and it's around at least 12 glasses of water finished off.

I finished one 40oz tumbler and tomorrow I want to do two. I will have coffee first thing in the morning though because apparently it's not polite to shin kick people at church.

I think I'm drinking too much water

I just used a calculator and it said I should only drink about 46oz of fluids every day and I've been aiming for 80 which has been a painful quantity to intake
During the summer I could easily drink 80oz but right now I feel ill drinking that much
