watering geese

i cant seem to keep mud out of my geese's water. ive even put their water outside of the chain link fence and let them stick their necks through so that they cant swim in it. i guess their beaks get so dirty pulling weeds that the water still gets nasty.

is there any kind of special waterer i can use to keep the water clean?

I have the same problem with my ducks, I cant figure out how to keep it clean. They dont seem to mind muddy water though

It's that way here too, I hate it for the chickens though they always have to drink nasty water.

Waterfowl=fouled water. Get used to it! It doesn't stay clean and it won't. lol We've stopped trying so hard.
