Watering system

Can someone explain to me this kind of watering system with the cups? I want to make a system but there's low pressure hoses, regular pressure hoses, and different accessories. Can someone explain how to set it up? I want to use the hoses instead of the pvc pipes

Someone already explained to detail about using a water pressure regulator on your other thread. Just buy the pieces and assemble like in the picture.
