Watery eye(s)

Hi everyone,
I am a new mom of now 7 (we lost one) and two of my chicks have watery eyes. There is one that has both eyes watery (which were closed by crusty's) and a local feed store recommend Terramycin to be in her eye. I t helped open the eye nd there is no more crusties, but her eye is still watery.
Does anyone now what this could be from?
My other one only has is it one eye.

It might be some upper respiratory issue? Not sure on this one..

Anyone have any other ideas??
