Watery Eye

my chicken has suddenly developed a very watery eye. it is not pussy, just watery and little bubbly. None of the 13 other chickens have this, but she only got it 2 days ago.
When I shined a torch on her watery eye she kept turning her head away (she couldn't handle it, but only on this eye). I tried to wipe it, the water came off as well as a bit of jelly type stuff too. There is a pic so you can see. Please help me before it spreads.

Do you have any other aggressive chickens maybe one of them poked her eye,
