Watery Eyes - NO coughing, sneezing, etc... Just watery

I have two GLW pullets; this morning I noticed both have watery eyes. No other symptoms. I have read many, many post on CRD but all seem to have multiple symptoms.

Is watery eyes ONLY indicative of anything else but a respiratory illness?

I've had to dispatch my first five birds as they all were infected. Spent four hours sanitizing my coop and everything else associated with the contaminated birds.

I have two Australorps who have been segregated since we got them. They are well into their third week and growing fast.

This is my first time with chickens and it has been one hell of an experience thus far; rather heartbreaking.
