watery eyes, nose

hi everyone, im new to keeping chickens and dont know a great deal apart from what i have read up on!!! iv got two white sussex and two hybrids. one of my sussex has stopped laying and has started to have watery eyes and nostrils, also she opens her beak alot like she is struggling to breath!! I regularly clean the coop out and change the water daily and they have plenty of feed. i feed my girls on pellets, grit, corn and mealworms as a treat. wondering if anyone could help me getting her back to her oldself??
