Watery poop

Can anyone give me ideas to why my quail poops are yellow mustard in colour and very watery I feed them chick crumb they are nearly two weeks old and drink water with a bit of vinegar in them what could cause this problem their cage is cleaned out once a day?

Just use clean fresh water. Chick vitamin pack if needed. I know some say ACV but nothing beats clean fresh water.
