Watery poop???

So my week old chick has been eating between a mix of eggs and medicated chick starter and he's been pooping out watery poop recently?? It's never happened for him before and I don't know if it's everytime he poops but I don't know if there's something wrong.

Sounds like it might be his diet, having too much protein (it could be the eggs) or drinking large amounts of water can make the poop look watery. Maybe try feeding him just some normal chick starter and see what happens - it doesn't sound too serious but if he shows other unusual symptoms I'd go with a vet visit just to be safe
