watery poop?

I have noticed my hens have had watery poop on there feathers. what is going on? how do i treat this?

Are they lethargic at all? Have they ever been dewormed? When did you notice this?

Looks pretty normal to me, they may just be having trouble keeping their behind clean.

If they're drinking more water that usual, their poop get softer. Any change in feed/diet? Are there another symptoms?

Does look "normal" ... How long have you had them? Looks like they have those puffy butt feathers, I had a few Wyandottes that were messy poopers ... I just trimmed their feathers back there, didn't look nice but solved the issue. You could also bathe their behind but whatever you do don't let it build up.
