I have six 3 week old silkie chicks. Some are pooping normal and someone? has runny, stinky poop. They all seem healthy and no one has pasty butt. What should I do?

Picture of the questionable poop? If you're not familiar with cecal poop that might be what you are seeing. All chickens have cecal poops (which are brown, wet/sticky, and very smelly) a couple times a day in addition to their "normal" poops.

WHat about this......

I have a similar question. Is watery poop normal sometimes? Both my turkey and my chickens (who are all 15-weeks old) have poops sometimes that look watery with almost like stringy urate. They just get crumble and some scratch and free range on grass and bugs. I haven't been giving them much fruits of veggies. I find it so hard to know what's normal and what's not.
