My red sex link rooster is about 4 months old. He is pooping water and a little solid in it. He got constipation about 20 days ago. He recovered but for about two weeks, he has watery poops. Can someone please help me with this. Has he got some disease? Other than watery poops, he is perfectly normal and active. Any help will be highly appreciated.

If he's acting normal otherwise, he may be fine. Is it hot where you live? Hot weather can cause watery droppings. Has he been wormed lately? If a bird has worms, it sometimes also has watery, loose droppings.

How to make sure if he has worms or not?

Check a fresh dropping in bright sunlight or use a led flashlight. Have you used medicated feed or a coccidiosis preventative in water at all? If not, I would treat with 2 tsp of Corid 9.6% per gallon of water for 5-7 days. Then run vitamin-probiotic soluble powder in the water for 3 days. I use preventative doses of 1 tsp per gallon every three weeks from 2-3 weeks of age up until they are at least 6 months old. I don't use medicated feed.
